SALES / ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE
Role Overview
The Sales/ Account Associate will help generate, qualify, and manage leads for both Honeycomb PhotoCinema weddings and Honeycomb Productions corporate projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, building trust, organizing client information, and helping prospects move from inquiry to booked project.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, email, website forms, referrals, and job fair leads in a professional and timely manner.

Qualify wedding and corporate leads by identifying client needs, budget range, event date, location, decision timeline, and service requirements.

Present packages, proposals, sample works, and service inclusions clearly to clients.

Schedule and assist in discovery calls, online meetings, in-person consultations, and client follow-ups.

Maintain an organized lead tracker or CRM with lead status, next action, notes, and closing probability.

Coordinate with the creative, production, and operations team to check availability, inclusions, logistics, and project scope.

Assist in preparing proposal letters, quotations, and client-facing documents.

Help develop corporate prospect lists for AVPs, event coverage, product videos, and internal communication videos.

Support bridal fair activations, open-house campaigns, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
Job Specification / Qualifications

Graduate or graduating student of Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related courses.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.

Confident in speaking with clients, asking questions, and presenting options.

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Canva, and basic CRM tools.

Interest in weddings, corporate events, creative production, marketing, or client servicing is a strong advantage.

Experience in sales, customer service, student organizations, events, or internships is a plus but not required.

Must be proactive, trainable, respectful, and comfortable with follow-ups and deadlines.
Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of social media lead generation and online client conversations.

Ability to write simple proposals, captions, and follow-up messages.

Good listening skills and ability to translate client needs into clear production requirements.

Comfortable working with targets, performance tracking, and sales conversion goals.
